eu.charkhaworld.com (or) www.eu.charkhaworld.com – Will be referred as Charkha Poland Online Store (or) Online store (or) Seller and the scope of reference is entitled only to the domain eu.charkhaworld.com (or) www.eu.charkhaworld.com

  • www.eu.charkhaworld.com is an online shop, which is owned by CHARKHA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Niemczańska 39/5, 50-561 Wrocław. Regulations define the rule for transactions concluded in the store www.eu.charkhaworld.com
  • www.eu.charkhaworld.com is an online store through which users can purchase the products offered.
  • Anybody making purchases via www.eu.charkhaworld.com requires the acceptance of cookies by your browser.
  • Service running on a properly configured Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or other updated and properly configured browser.
  • To place an order, you must register at the store and fill in all mandatory fields shown on the registration page form (or) checkout as a guest user.
  • The duly completed form should include:

- The name (first and last name) of the customer;

- Telephone number;

- E-mail address;

- Password for the purpose of authentication of the user for login

  • Order is made by selecting products, choosing the quantity and finally clicking the "Checkout" button. After confirming the selection, the user is transferred to the page where one can fill in detail about his billing and delivery details and then by selecting the mode of payment to confirm the purchase of the order.
  • Orders will be delivered to the address as per the delivery partner’s contract of delivery timeline indicated by the seller (Charkha Sp. Z.O.O) for a fee indicated in the delivery price list. The choice of form receipt after completion of the contract.
  • After ordering Contracting Authority will receive a mail confirming the receipt of the order.
  • Delivery of Goods is limited to the area of the Republic of Polish and takes place at the address indicated by the customer when placing orders.
  • Delivery of ordered goods is done by mail or courier. Possible shipping costs will be indicated at the time of order.
  • The term of delivery is between 2 and 30 working days from the date of receipt of the fee for the contract or the conclusion of the sale with payment on delivery.
  • Where it is found that the delivered goods are inconsistent with the order, the Purchaser shall be entitled to a replacement or order a new one which will be approved by the seller after proper analysis of the situation and the seller’s decision will be final.
  • Complaints are dealt with within 14 days. Should the inquiry be, the Purchaser is sent a copy inconsistent with the new order? If the complaint is not upheld, www.eu.charkhaworld.com advertised merchandise returns at their own expense.

  • In the absence of the ordered goods and non-defective goods, www.eu.charkhaworld.com inform the Purchaser by mail or by phone. At the Seller's discretion, the debt is paid to his bank account, or another commodity is, about the same price, selected by the Employer. Postage costs are borne by www.eu.charkhaworld.com
